Margate was Awarded $2,106,555 from the NSP1 (Neighborhood Stabilization Program).
City Manager Frank Porcella was made the agent for the city in regards to purchasing homes with the Grant money.
Mr. Porcella wants his sub-ordinates to be allowed to sign real estate papers after he gives approval to do so by phone.
